Executive, QA/QC

About the role

The Executive, QA/QC conducts regular quality inspections across assigned construction projects, ensuring maximum project coverage within defined timeframes. The role involves performing inspections on various work scopes including structural, architectural, and M&E works, while maintaining proper records of all inspections conducted.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality inspections across assigned construction projects
• Ensure maximum project coverage within the defined timeframe as per QA/QC plan
• Perform inspections on various work scopes including structural, architectural, and M&E works
• Maintain proper records of all inspections conducted
• Prepare and issue QA/QC inspection reports accurately and promptly after site inspections
• Highlight defects, non-compliances, and areas for improvement clearly in reports
• Identify, record, and track defects during inspections
• Follow up closely with site personnel and contractors on defect rectification works
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of rectification works within agreed timelines
• Liaise with site teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality requirements are met

About you

• Ability to conduct quality inspections on structural, architectural, and M&E works
• Capability to prepare and issue QA/QC inspection reports accurately and promptly
• Experience in defect identification, recording, and tracking
• Ability to provide practical recommendations and guidance for defect rectification
• Capability to track and analyse defect trends across projects
• Experience in maintaining updated records and documentation for audit purposes
