Executive QC

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

Perform all activities in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

· Prepare, review, verify, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), qualification documents, and laboratory records.

· Prepare, standardize, verify, and maintain volumetric reagent records.

· Ensure laboratory cleanliness and maintain a safe, organized working environment.

· Ensure data integrity, traceability, and proper documentation in accordance with GLP requirements.

· Arrange, maintain, and archive analytical reports using unique identification numbers for easy tracebility.

· Perform calibration and verification of QC laboratory instruments, including, pH Meter, Analytical Balance, Karl Fischer (KF) Titrator, High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) System

· Maintain calibration records and ensure instruments are qualified and ready for use.

· Support laboratory documentation, record management, and compliance during internal and external audits.

Secondary Responsibility

o To ensure the lab cleanliness & Maintain logbook as per Good Laboratory

o To maintain the control sample of Raw material in controlled temperature &

o record in the logbooks.

o Preparation of RM & FG products COA with the compilation of raw data with

o proper traceability.

o To support the audit compliance in laboratory to adherence the ALCOA

principle and Good Laboratory Practices.

Expereince - 1yr to 2 yr

Education - B.SC, B. pharma

Pharamaceautical manufacturing industry prefered

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
