Executive, Quality Assurance (UHT Processing)

Mewah Dairies Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Executive to support and maintain food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across dairy manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality throughout the production process, with particular emphasis on Ultra-High Temperature (UHT) processing, aseptic production, food safety management systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience in a food, dairy, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in Ultra-High Temperature (UHT) processing, aseptic processing, or dairy manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Sound knowledge of UHT production processes, sterilization principles, aseptic filling systems, and food safety controls.
• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Halal requirements, and Quality Management Systems.
• Experience in audit preparation, customer complaint investigation, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
