Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering preferred
Industry: Manufacturing | QA/QC | Fabrication | Powder Coating

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Executive – Quality to manage shop-floor quality inspections, QA/QC processes, ISO compliance, and powder coating quality in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor quality standards across fabrication and assembly processes.
• Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspections.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, calibration records and QA/QC documentation.
• Implement QA/QC Inspection & Testing Plans (ITP).
• Apply 7 QC Tools for defect analysis and process improvement.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and coordinate CAPA.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and audit requirements.
• Implement and maintain 5S practices on the shop floor.
• Inspect surface preparation, pre-treatment and powder coating quality, including DFT and adhesion.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve recurring quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and safety standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of 7 QC Tools
• ISO 9001 documentation & internal audits
• QA/QC inspection and ITP
• 5S implementation
• Metal fabrication & welding inspection
• Machining process knowledge
• Powder coating, DFT & adhesion testing
• RCA techniques: 5-Why & Fishbone
• CAPA documentation
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination

Preferred: Mechanical Engineering background with experience in manufacturing, fabrication and coating processes.
