Executive, Quality System

Job Goals:

The Quality System Executive is responsible for maintaining and improving the Company's Quality Management System (ISO 9001), managing company and product certifications, coordinating internal and external audits, and ensuring all departments comply with quality system requirements. This role works closely with all departments to achieve the Company's quality objectives and drive continuous improvement.

You will play an important role to:

• Maintain and improve the Company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Plan and conduct internal audits as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
• Coordinate and support external audits by certification bodies and customers.
• Manage company and product certifications (e.g. UL, KEMA-KEUR, EcoLabel, and other applicable certifications).
• Monitor departmental quality objectives and follow up on corrective actions.
• Control quality system documents and records.
• Work with all departments to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Conduct ISO awareness training and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• Education: Minimum Diploma in any discipline.

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Quality System or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.

• Certification: ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certificate is mandatory.

• Knowledge: Familiar with ISO 9001, internal auditing, document control, corrective actions, and quality management systems. Experience with product certifications such as UL, KEMA-KEUR, and EcoLabel is an advantage.

• Able to write and speak in mandarin consider as advantage.
