Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive – R&D with hands-on experience in chemical research, product development, and laboratory activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct R&D experiments, trials, and laboratory analysis for chemical products.
• Support new product development, process improvement, and product optimization.
• Perform laboratory testing and maintain accurate experimental records and reports.
• Analyze results and prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Support scale-up trials and process development from laboratory to plant level.
• Conduct raw material, intermediate, and finished product testing as required.
• Follow SOPs, laboratory safety, chemical handling, and EHS guidelines.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, QC, and Process teams for trials and improvements.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, chemicals, samples, and R&D documentation.
• Support cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
