Executive – Receivables Management & Client Facilitation

Designation: Executive – Receivables Management & Client Facilitation (Females preferred)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor customer outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of instalments and other dues.

2. Follow up with clients regarding payment schedules, overdue amounts, and demand letters.

3. Maintain customer ledgers, collection reports, receivables ageing, and MIS.

4. Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Legal, and CRM teams for payment reconciliation and documentation.

5. Facilitate clients with agreements, home-loan documentation, registration, and possession formalities.

6. Handle customer queries and complaints and ensure timely resolution.

7. Prepare regular collection updates and outstanding reports for management.

8. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills

• Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Knowledge of real estate collections and receivables.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/ERP software.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and reporting skills.

Qualification

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
