Responsibilities

• Carry out full life-cycle recruiting including cold calling, prescreening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, and initiating interviews
• Manage the entire candidate recruitment experience from scheduling phone, video, and in-person interviews with Arrow clients
• Develop new strategies to actively target active and passive candidates in recruiting and business development
• Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies identifying top talent and qualified candidates through all online sources
• Manage a high volume of candidates on a national level
• Source and develop a network of candidates using sales systems and technology
• Utilize Arrow’s proprietary applicant tracking system

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 year of relevant sales or recruitment experience
• Strong entry-level candidates will be considered
• Recruitment experience in accounting, corporate services, temporary recruitment, and/or financial services a plus but not required
• Must be able to communicate professionally with candidates and clients and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Highly motivated and results driven professional
• Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation structure
