Executive Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own and execute end-to-end hiring for junior to mid-level roles across business units.
• Speed & Pipeline Delivery: Take immediate action on new hiring requisitions to quickly source, screen, and close positions within assigned Turnaround Times (TAT).
• Active Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, networking, and advanced Boolean search strings to source passive and active talent.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to define profile requirements, establish interview frameworks, and calibrate selection criteria.
• Screening & Assessment: Lead structured phone/video interviews to evaluate technical capabilities, cultural alignment, salary expectations, and notice periods.
• Data Management: Maintain recruitment pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate tracking and clean hiring data.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 13 years of talent acquisition experience within a corporate or recruitment agency setting.
• Go-Getter Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated worker with a strong sense of urgency and a proven ability to hit tight hiring deadlines.
• Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing methods, and Boolean logic.
• Stakeholder Management: Clear communication and active listening skills to build trust with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience hiring within specialized domains (e.g., IT Software, Sales)
• Proven track record of high candidate conversion rates and short Time-to-Fill metrics.
