Executive Recruiter

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring activities for IT and Non-IT positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
• Conduct initial screening calls and share relevant profiles with clients/hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS.
• Ensure regular follow-ups and timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Meet individual recruitment targets and turnaround timelines.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
• Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
