Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Recruiter to join our growing team. This individual will play a pivotal role in building relationships with both clients and candidates, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry, mid and senior-level professional roles across multiple industries and functions.
• Source, engage, and evaluate high-caliber candidates through networking, headhunting, research, and industry mapping.
• Present qualified candidates to internal client managers with clear assessments and recommendations.
• Guide candidates through the interview, feedback, and offer stages with professionalism and transparency.
• Collaborate with the broader Equus team to share market intelligence, best practices, and candidate pipelines.
• Consistently achieve individual and team recruitment goals in a contingent, performance-based environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in sales, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven track record of success in client and candidate management.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to engage senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven by results.
