Role & responsibilities

• Handle high-volume/bulk hiring for US Healthcare requirements.
• Source and screen healthcare professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Conduct candidate screening and assess candidates based on client requirements.
• Follow up consistently with candidates to drive interview and joining conversions.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Required candidate profile

• Hands-on experience in US Healthcare recruitment.
• Proven experience in bulk/high-volume hiring.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with experience in High Volume/Travel Healthcare / Allied / Nursing recruitment will be preferred.
