The Role

As a Consultant, you will play a central role in delivering successful recruitment projects while building trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.

You'll work throughout the entire hiring process—from understanding client requirements and identifying suitable talent, to managing candidate communication, providing strategic recommendations, coordinating interviews, and supporting successful onboarding.

Beyond individual searches, you'll capture market insights and lessons learned from each engagement, helping improve internal best practices, enhance proposal quality, and contribute to the development of AI-enabled recruitment processes.
