Executive, Reports & Data Analytics

Job Summary:

The Executive, Reports & Data Analytics is responsible for generating accurate, timely, and insightful reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. The role involves data extraction, analysis, visualization, and collaboration with various departments to meet reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Design, develop, and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency in all reports and visualizations.
• Use tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or other analytics platforms.
• Provide actionable insights and support business performance tracking.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in reporting or data analytics roles.
• Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets and familiar with other data visualization tools
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication skills for presenting insights and reports to stakeholders.
