At MISC Berhad , we are looking for a motivated and analytical professional to join our Treasury team as Executive, Research & Risk , supporting financial risk management, market research, corporate finance activities, governance, and Treasury performance reporting across MISC Group.

What You'll Do

As the Executive, Research & Risk , you will:

• Support the management and monitoring of the Group's financial risk exposures, including borrowings, funding costs, interest rate risks, and foreign exchange risks.
• Prepare financial risk analyses, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), risk reports, and mitigation recommendations for Management and relevant committees.
• Conduct research and analysis on macroeconomic trends, interest rates, foreign exchange movements, and capital market developments that impact the Group's business and financing activities.
• Develop market updates, forecasts, and insights to support Treasury and Corporate Finance decision-making.
• Support compliance with PETRONAS financial policies, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks.
• Prepare debt covenant monitoring reports, regulatory submissions, and compliance reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in Treasury budgeting, business planning, performance monitoring, and management reporting activities.
• Contribute to Treasury digitalisation, reporting enhancements, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
• Support financing and refinancing activities, including analysing funding options, coordinating documentation, and monitoring financing facilities and debt obligations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Business Units, subsidiary companies, banks, auditors, regulators, and PETRONAS.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Risk Management, or Audit.
• Strong understanding of financial risk management, funding structures, and treasury operations.
• Experience in financial analysis, market research, management reporting, and data analytics.
• Knowledge of debt financing, capital markets, regulatory compliance, and financial governance practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power BI, and data analytical tools.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal would be an added advantage.
• Professional qualifications in finance, accounting, treasury, or related disciplines would be an added advantage.
