Executive-Resident Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily reception operations and attend to residents' and visitors' enquiries.
• Maintain close communication with residents and ensure their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Coordinate care-related activities and assist residents whenever required.
• Organize resident engagement activities and programs to enhance their well-being.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain resident records and ensure a welcoming, supportive environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MSW preferred; candidates with any degree may also apply.
• Proactive, responsible, and resident-focused attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with senior citizens.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and handle situations effectively.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
