Executive – Resource Mobilization & Communications

Protsahan India Foundation is looking for a full-time Executive – Resource Mobilization & Communications to support our work with girls and communities by driving sharp storytelling, fundraising support, and data-backed reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Collate program data and stories from field teams to create donor-ready reports, decks, and presentations.
• Support the development of grant proposals, pitch decks, and funding briefs.
• Draft high-quality narratives for donor communications, institutional reports, and annual updates.
• Manage reporting calendars, donor databases, and ensure timely submissions.
• Collaborate on social media campaigns and digital storytelling using field insights.
• Liaise with Center Coordinators for case studies, photos, and impact updates.
• Use design tools (Canva/Adobe Suite) to support donor-facing communication.
• Work across teams to ensure narrative alignment, factual accuracy, and compliance.

Must-haves

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in grant writing, fundraising content, or nonprofit communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage timelines and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Canva, Google Docs, and Excel.
• Interest in social justice, girls’ rights, and community-centered healing work.

Advantage If You Bring

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care or arts-based approaches.
• Comfort using AI tools for content generation and donor engagement.
• Prior experience in grassroots storytelling or nonprofit social media campaigns.

Growth Path This is a Grade B role as per Protsahan’s structure. Promotion to Assistant Manager or Manager grade is possible after consistently achieving 95%+ KPIs in documentation, communication strategy, and donor engagement for a minimum tenure of 2 years.
