Executive, Sales Admin

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the full spectrum Of sales administration functions from booking to vacant possession (VP) and title transfer

• Process and monitor sales documentation, including booking forms, Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan documents, and related documents.

• Coordinate with purchasers, solicitors, bankers, sales agents, and internal departments on sales-related matters.

• Monitor SPA signing, stamping, loan documentation, and Other relevant sales processes to ensure timely completion.

• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases accurately.

• Assist in preparing sales reports, management reports, and sales-related analysis when required.

• Handle billing-related matters, including progress billing, miscellaneous charges, and payment follow-ups.

• Assist with vacant possession (VP), clearance letter, key collection, and other post-sales administration matters.

• Maintain accurate records in Credit Admin systems (e.g. INTSOFT or equivalent)

• Maintain proper filing of sales documents and records for audit and reference purpose

• Perform an other sales administration duties asslgned by the management

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate or any related field.
• Relevant working experience is preferred but not compulsory.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia for both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
