Job description

• Monitor regularly and generate reports on the status and accuracy of work registration, work location mapping, work dispatch, and delivery.

• Monitor regularly and generate reports on the status of daily staff attendance, proper punch-in and punch-out, customer punch I and punch out etc. at required intervals and generate reports and intimate higher-ups for analysis and further action.

• Solve the technical issues of sales staff with the coordination of IT Department and Update the users of App i.e. addition, deletion, de-activation etc.

• *Check for accuracy, quality and consistency in new customer data entries in ERP/SAP and ensure they reflect while synchronizing with app.

• Prepare and submit the report, which are requested by management.

• Compare and report the mismatch of ERP data and company App data and handhold migration to SAP.

• Collating feedback on APP and ERP usage and providing meaningful feedback to concerned officials and checking all the reports for consistency and intimate the discrepancies found.

• Make temporary and permanent area allocation as per the superior instruction and provide Training to new sales staffs and communicate the mobile app related upgrades and new feature introductions to Sales staff as and when required.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 1. 2+ Years of experience in relevant field
• 2. MS Office
• 3. Communication Skill in English & Hindi
• 4. Residing nearby office is preferred
• 5. Travel willingness
• 6. Cool, Proactive & Smart
