Executive - Sales Administration

1. Create new customer profiles in the system for new sales transactions and prepare the corresponding hard-copy unit files.
2. Prepare new Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) for customer signatures, as well as Arabic NOCs, under the direct supervision of the Line Manager.
3. Prepare online courier requests for the issuance of new SPAs, provide customers with the original finalized agreements, and record the completed transactions in the system for internal documentation.
4. Upload finalized agreements and supporting documents into the system, including fully signed SPAs and SPA receipt copies.
5. Submit finalized agreements for the required internal signatures and approvals.

1. Good Communication Skills.
2. Ability to work under pressure.
3. Previous Sales Administration Experience
