Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market Flexiwall Marketing’s metal ceiling and architectural ceiling solutions to clients
• Develop new business opportunities with interior designers, architects, contractors, developers and corporate clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business growth
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations and site visits
• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up on project enquiries
• Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain market awareness on industry trends, competitors and construction projects
• Attend exhibitions, networking events and client meetings when required

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in building materials, ceiling systems, interior products, construction or related industry
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales interest are highly encouraged to apply
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, aggressive and results-oriented
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
