Executive Sales

• Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets assigned by management.
• Generate new sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, tele-calling, digital leads, and field activities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles, variants, and features.
• Explain vehicle specifications, features, pricing, finance options, insurance, and offers to customers.
• Arrange and coordinate vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with prospective customers regularly and convert leads into bookings and sales.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, deliveries, and customer interactions in the CRM/DMS.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, Service, and Delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Ensure timely follow-up after vehicle delivery and support customer satisfaction.
• Participate in showroom activities, promotional campaigns, roadshows, and customer engagement programs.
• Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, products, and customer preferences.
• Ensure compliance with dealership sales processes, company policies, and brand standards.
• Achieve customer satisfaction and quality parameters along with sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
