Sales Executive (2)– Freight Forwarding

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Attractive Sales Incentives

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, references, emails, and client visits.
• Identify and develop new customers in the import/export and logistics sector.
• Promote Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), and other logistics services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and share quotations and follow up for business conversion.
• Regularly follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.
• Coordinate with the Pricing and Operations teams to meet customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular records of sales activities, leads, and customer follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident and presentable personality.
• Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Air & Sea Freight will be an advantage.
• Comfortable with client meetings and local travel.
