Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Ad Sales Executive to join our sales team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are interested in Digital Advertising, AdTech, Media Sales, and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients, brands, agencies, and advertisers.
• Generate new leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant digital advertising solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Follow up with prospects and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Maintain regular updates on leads, prospects, and sales activities.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing / Digital Advertising / AdTech.
• Comfortable with calling, emailing, and client interaction.
• Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
• Freshers with a sales/business development mindset are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Background

BBA / MBA / B.Com / Marketing / Business Management or any relevant graduate degree.
