Executive Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Handle sales of spare parts and drilling accessories to existing rig customers.
• Coordinate with customers for spare parts and accessories requirements, enquiries and orders.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and convert them into orders.
• Understand customer requirements and identify the correct parts using catalogues and drawings.
• Coordinate with Store, Purchase and Dispatch teams to ensure timely supply of parts.
• Follow up on payments and support the collection process as per agreed terms.
• Maintain customer records, order status and sales MIS on a regular basis.
• Support the sales team in customer visits, product presentations and documentation.
• Develop repeat business by building good working relationships with customers.
• Share customer feedback and market information with the Sales Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in selling equipment or spare parts.
• Basic technical knowledge of hydraulic equipment and its components.
• Knowledge of spare parts sales practices.
• Basic commercial knowledge, including pricing, quotations, purchase orders, invoicing and GST.
• Understanding of the payment collection process.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with a customer-friendly approach.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email.
