Executive, Sales

Key Responsibilities:

-Actively prospect for and identify potential customers

-Arrange and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Eco World's property offerings

-Negotiate and close sales contracts with customers, ensuring a smooth and positive buying experience

-Maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads and opportunities

-Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

-Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, performance, and customer feedback

-Continuously expand your knowledge of the local property market and industry trends

-Support the overall sales efforts of the Southern region team

Job Requirements:

-Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets

-A team player with the willingness to collaborate and contribute to the overall sales success

-At least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Business Studies or equivalent

-Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

-Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM3,600.00 per month
