Sales Executive (Outbound Calling) | Kannada Speaking

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, target-driven Sales Executive to generate and convert leads through outbound calls. You will be the first point of contact for prospects in Karnataka, so fluency in Kannada is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 80-100+ outbound/cold calls daily to prospects from provided and self-sourced lead lists
• Introduce our products/services, qualify leads, and understand customer needs
• Handle objections and follow up persistently to move prospects through the pipeline
• Convert leads into customers, schedule demos or site visits, and close sales
• Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM
• Meet and exceed monthly calling, conversion, and revenue targets
• Share market and customer feedback with the team

Requirements

• Must be fluent in spoken Kannada, along with good English and/or Hindi
• [1-4] years of proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound inside sales
• Track record of achieving sales or lead-conversion targets
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling rejection

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
