Executive Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with prospective clients, conduct property visits, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, and Networking
• Schedule and conduct site visits, handle client queries, coordination.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update leads in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
• Confident, presentable, and customer-focused.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
