Executive, Sales Operations

Join our Short-Term Rental team and play a key role in delivering a smooth and reliable vehicle rental experience for customers.

In this customer-facing operations role, you will manage vehicle bookings, rental documentation, payments, collections, and returns, while coordinating closely with customers and internal teams to resolve booking changes and operational issues promptly. You will gain hands-on exposure to fleet operations and contribute directly to a fast-paced business where accuracy, service, and responsiveness matter.

What you will do

• Manage short-term vehicle bookings, extensions, collections, and returns.
• Prepare rental agreements, process down payments, and issue invoices accurately.
• Coordinate customer handovers and collection/return arrangements.
• Respond to booking changes and work with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Escalate accident, breakdown, and vehicle damage cases promptly.
• Maintain accurate rental, customer, and fleet records.

What we are looking for

• Experience in car rental, automotive, logistics, transport, customer service, or operations coordination will be advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with fleet or booking systems is an advantage.
• A valid Class 3 driving licence is advantageous.
