Mission & Role

Support smooth and efficient sales operations by coordinating with customers, plants, logistics and internal teams to ensure accurate orders, timely deliveries, proper billing and good customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, delivery orders, cash sales and payments.
• Coordinate with customers, plants, logistics, transporters and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Monitor delivery documents, invoicing, payments and customer statements.
• Support customer credit applications, bank guarantees and related documents.
• Respond to customer enquiries on orders, deliveries, invoices and documentation.
• Support billing, rebates and credit/debit note processes.
• Coordinate permits, export royalty requirements and transporter arrangements.
• Maintain accurate system records and support sales/operational reports.
• Provide administrative support, including procurement coordination and audit documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
