Executive, S&OP

General Responsibilities

• Implement S&OP process for own portfolio in Thailand Healthcare BU
• Coordinate with commercial team and clients to review demand forecast, purchase plan, and stock coverage day.
• Coordinate with SCM team and lead the discipline of the supply review process and drive improvement in supply planning process
• Work with finance to provide the consolidated rolling forecast and purchase plan with the justification and action plan on the exceptional case.
  Demand Management
• Manage the process of consensus forecasting and S&OP with commercial team and clients to generate consensus plan based on statistically based forecast, promotion/ new product plan, and annual business plan
• Responsible for forecast accuracy and forecast bias, identify improvement area by analyzing root cause of forecast error and defining action plan with stakeholders
  Supply Management
• Review and set the target of inventory holding to align with company business direction and strategic plan
• Generate purchase plan and monitor DIFOT of shipment and inventory management.
• Monitor customer service level (CFR and OTIF), analyse and find opportunity to minimize out of stock
• Responsible for healthiness of stock and define action with the commercial team for aging, block, obsolete and excess stock

Qualification

• Prior experience in Demand forecasting, Supply Planning Optimization, Supply chain Work-based Skills such as SAP, Business Intelligence (BI) and APO/IBP
• At least 4 years of experience in related field of S&OP, in particular demand management, statistical forecasting, and supply planning, experience relating to Healthcare or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in the design, development and leading the IBP/S&OP process.
