Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, transporters, customs/CHA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Track shipment movement and provide timely status updates.
• Coordinate customs clearance and resolve documentation or operational issues.
• Verify and maintain shipment documents including BL/AWB, BOE, Shipping Bill, invoices, packing lists, Arrival Notices, Delivery Orders, etc.
• Coordinate with transporters for cargo pickup and delivery.
• Follow up on pending shipments, documentation, clearance, and delivery requirements.
• Maintain shipment trackers, MIS, and operational records.
• Coordinate with the client's team to understand and fulfil daily logistics requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate updating of shipment information and documentation.
• Attend client meetings and training sessions at BKC whenever required. Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline; Logistics/Supply Chain/Commerce qualification preferred. 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, CHA, import-export, logistics, or supply chain.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs clearance processes. Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and work within timelines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
