Executive Search Consultant

We are looking for an Executive Search Consultant to manage senior-level assignments for local and international clients, with a strong focus on real-sector companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end searches for C-level and senior leadership roles.
• Conduct market mapping, direct headhunting and talent identification across local and international markets.
• Interview and assess senior candidates based on leadership capability, motivation and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate engagement, client communication, offer negotiation and placement processes.
• Build long-term relationships with senior executives and develop talent pipelines.
• Prepare candidate reports, market mapping and benchmarking analyses.
• Collaborate with international teams on cross-border assignments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment or a related field.
• 10+ years of Real-sector experience, preferably across industrial, manufacturing, FMCG, retail, technology or energy companies.
• Strong experience in headhunting, market mapping and senior-level assessment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and business acumen.
• Ability to work with C-level executives and senior management.
• Fluent English.
