Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technology hiring needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights and hiring strategies.
• Partner with stakeholders to define job roles, expectations, and candidate profiles.

Candidate Sourcing & Assessment:

• Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, networking, databases) to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct rigorous candidate screening, interviews, and evaluations to match client requirements.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed insights to clients.

Market Research & Insights:

• Stay updated with trends in the technology sector and recruitment landscape.
• Provide clients with competitive intelligence and market analysis.

Recruitment Process Management:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates by coordinating with clients and candidates.

Relationship Management:

• Build a robust talent pipeline by maintaining relationships with high-caliber professionals.
• Establish long-term partnerships with clients for repeat business.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Atleaset 5+ years of experiance in executive search
• Proven experience in technology hiring with a track record of successful placements.
• Strong understanding of the technology sector, roles, and talent dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client requirements and prioritize effectively.
