About the role

This is an Executive Search for experienced professionals qualified for senior-level and management positions within the organization. The role involves leading and managing teams, operations, or assigned business functions within a healthcare-focused organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams, operations, or assigned business functions
• Develop and implement strategies aligned with company goals
• Monitor performance, KPIs, and operational results
• Manage processes and ensure compliance with company standards
• Work closely with senior management and key stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to team members
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably with management or supervisory experience
• Proven experience in leading teams or managing business functions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters
• Strong understanding of KPIs, performance management, and business operations
• Willing to work onsite in Manila
