Executive Secretary (Admin + Marketing Support

As we grow, we are looking for a reliable and multi-skilled Executive Secretary who will support operations across administration, leasing coordination, client communications, recruitment, and marketing.

Role Overview

• This is a key support role for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of handling various real estate tasks while managing digital postings and basic creative work.

Responsibilities

• Follow up contract renewals and prepare lease agreements
• Handle client inquiries and appointments
• Assist with recruitment postings and applicant screening
• Maintain and update property listings
• Post on FB Marketplace, Carousell, and Lamudi
• Create simple marketing posters via Canva
• Organize records and trackers in Google Sheets
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, excellent written communication, strong analytical and organizational abilities.
