Executive Secretary/Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for senior management
• Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail
• Organizing and facilitating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
• Maintaining confidential files and records in accordance with company policies and data protection regulations
• Providing general administrative support, including managing email correspondence, answering phones, and greeting visitors
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely communication
• Handling expense reports, invoicing, and other financial administration tasks as required
• Acting as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders
• Managing office supplies and equipment inventory
• Supporting special projects and events as assigned by executive leadership
