Executive/ Senior Executive - Administration

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain employee personal files, joining documents, ID cards, and database accuracy.
• Manage attendance, leave, shift records, overtime input, and monthly HR reports.
• Support onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate recruitment for plant roles, vendor coordination, interview scheduling, and joining follow-up.
• Handle employee grievances at the first level and coordinate with management for resolution.
• Support employee engagement, communication, celebrations, and welfare activities.
• Track statutory labor compliance documentation and assist in audits.
• Coordinate canteen, transport, housekeeping, security, gate pass, and other plant services.
• Maintain contractor records, visitor logs, and admin registers.
• Support disciplinary documentation, notices, and policy communication.
• Oversee office supplies, stationary, consumables, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate facility maintenance issues with internal teams and vendors.
• Support accommodation, transport, and employee welfare arrangements where applicable.
• Ensure proper recordkeeping for audits and internal reviews.
