Key Responsibilities & Outcomes

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding) with a focus on reducing time-to-fill.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technical functions to ensure strong alignment and engagement.
• Understand manpower requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies and role mapping.
• Source candidates through diverse and sustainable channels, building a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial telephonic/video screenings to evaluate technical and cultural fit, improving quality of hire.
• Drive seamless interview coordination, feedback closure, and offer rollout, ensuring higher offer-to-joining conversion.
• Deliver a seamless onboarding experience, enhancing candidate engagement and retention.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, dashboards, and databases for data-driven decision-making.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency, reduce cycle time, and optimize recruitment processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Management / MBA (HR or relevant field).
• 3 - 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Pharma / Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of formulation manufacturing roles (Production, QA, QC, Engineering).
• Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills.
