Job Summary

Responsible for managing daily sort center operations, ensuring accurate and timely shipment processing, operational efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily sort center operations and ensure smooth shipment flow.

• Track productivity, quality, shipment processing, and compliance metrics.

• Coordinate with transportation, warehouse, and last-mile delivery teams.

• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve performance.

• Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely processing and dispatch.

• Manage stakeholder communication and escalate operational issues for timely resolution.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational standards.

• Prepare daily MIS reports and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

  Required Qualifications Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; Logistics or Supply Chain qualification preferred.

• Relevant experience in sort center, logistics, warehouse, or e-commerce operations.

• Knowledge of shipment processing, transportation coordination, and operational KPIs.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and operational systems.

• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
