What they need
- Collate, check and submit Operating Performance Standards (OPS) - related data to regulators, on behalf of Circle Line Division
- Perform secretariat duties for Division-level meetings, including the weekly Performance Meeting, Pre-Performance Meeting, WMM, and other departmental forums.
- Track, monitor and update all operational and performance indices, including creation of dashboards for management oversight and reporting
- Support train timetable and special event planning
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other relevant materials for submission to Management as required
- Support other teams in Ops Support Branch for ad-hoc audits and projects
- Serve as a member of the CCL ERT Secretariat to support incident management during emergencies and train service disruptions.
- Support CCL in crowd management during events such as New Year’s Eve and National Day
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Head of Department or Supervisors
