• Verify technician visit schedules and follow up on timely execution.
• Collect installation and repair updates from technicians and third-party service partners.
• Update job status, sub-status, and close completed jobs in the CJ system.
• Confirm service completion with customers and provide necessary updates.
• Send service-related SMS notifications to customers.
• Update supervisors on job history, pending cases, and service issues.
• Verify bills and record defect, repair, and service details in the CJ system.
• Verify and process job cancellation requests.
• Escalate delayed or unresolved service cases to the concerned supervisor.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure data integrity.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Prepare daily service follow-up and performance reports.
