EXECUTIVE SERVICE

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for overall service, repairs and maintenance of fleet, focusing on frontline operations.

2. Managing operations, including:

   • Effectively manages team members to ensure objectives & goals are being carried out
   • Work scheduling and manpower planning, optimizing workshop capacity
   • Track service time compliance and shop floor KPIs on a daily basis & deliver as promised
   • Assist in action plan addressing issues on operations
   • Assist in monitoring overall facilities & updating records as required
   • Implement policies & procedures in accordance with company policies & procedures

3. To assist in managing fleet at the most cost-effective level and ensure financial objectives are met as per guidelines/budget set by the company.

4. Enhancing customer satisfaction by fulfilling customer needs, establishing good customer relations, and managing customer complaints.

5. To plan staff training and continue to upgrade their skills & knowledge.

6. To support all levels in operation and provide linkage between management and staff.

7. To perform any other duties as specified by the Service Head.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in Automotive Engineering
2. Experience in managing workshop staff & customers
3. Preferably an executive managing a department with a team of 6 or more subordinates
4. More than 5 years of experience in the automotive field
5. Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
6. Valid driving license
