Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily F&B service operations efficiently.
• Welcome guests and ensure prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Take orders and coordinate with the kitchen/bar team for timely service.
• Maintain proper standards of food presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and service-related concerns professionally.
• Monitor table setup, service areas, equipment, and inventory.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in maintaining daily sales, billing, and operational records.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.
• Support the F&B Manager/Supervisor in achieving sales and service targets.
• Train and guide junior service staff when required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in F&B, restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge is an advantage.
