Executive (Service Excellence) - $2760

As an Executive, Service Excellence, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality frontline customer service at the Singapore Courts’ service hubs. You will serve as a key point of contact for court users, providing accurate guidance on court procedures, assisting with application submissions, and ensuring a positive service experience that aligns with the Judiciary’s commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to counter enquiries and provide accurate information on court procedures and processes.
• Assist court users with the submission of applications, appeals, and requests for court records.
• Review and verify submitted documents to ensure completeness and compliance with filing requirements.
• Deliver professional, efficient, and customer-focused service to a diverse range of court users.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer touchpoints and improving overall service delivery.
• Participate in service improvement projects and explore innovative solutions to elevate the customer experience.
• Provide feedback and recommend process improvements to strengthen service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented, or hospitality-related role is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Customer-centric, empathetic, and able to handle enquiries professionally in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
