Executive, Service Marketing

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of APAC Service & Repair Commercial and Service Marketing initiatives and regional initiatives.
• Coordinate and consolidate business performance and KPI reporting, including preparation of dashboards, management presentations, trend analysis, and identification of performance gaps.
• Support Service Contract revenue growth initiatives, including annual pricing reviews, sales and profitability analysis, and other commercial improvement activities.
• Coordinate the APAC Customer Satisfaction Survey, analyze customer feedback and trends, and support the development and follow-up of actions to improve customer experience.
• Coordinate with SBCs and Global stakeholders and follow up on agreed actions, submissions, and timelines.
• Support regional strategic projects, best-practice sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

About you

• Possess a Degree / Diploma in a Business-related discipline, with qualifications in Business or Marketing being advantageous.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, and presentation preparation.
• Proactive, independent, organized, and accountable with strong follow-through.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Service, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, or Business Analysis.
• Experience in KPI reporting, business performance analysis, and management reporting.
• Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry would be advantageous.
