Job Description: - EdgeVerve Systems Limited is seeking Solution Consultant with familiarity or expertise across corporate operations and/or industry domain. As a Solution Consultant at EdgeVerve, you will play a crucial role in delivering complex AI, Automation and Data solutions to our clients. You will lead a team of solution consultants, oversee project PoC/Pilot delivery, and act as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement:

1. Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business challenges and goals.
2. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify opportunities for EdgeVerve products and services.
3. Present solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

Solution Design & Delivery:

1. Design comprehensive solutions that address client pain points and align with their strategic objectives.
2. Leverage functional/technical expertise to create innovative solutions utilizing EdgeVerve's product portfolio.
3. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Demos/PoCs/Pilots to aid in selling EdgeVerve products and solutions
4. Manage project risks and issues effectively.

Technical Expertise:

1. Serve as a subject matter expert in specific EdgeVerve product areas.
2. Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and industry best practices where AI and Automation is applicable
3. Provide function/technical guidance and support to the Solutions team.

Sales Support:

1. Collaborate with the sales team to develop high-quality proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition, scope of work, and pricing.
2. Provide technical support during the sales cycle, answering product-related questions and resolving customer issues.
3. Work with Sales/Solution Consultant to manage and win opportunities.
4. Assist in qualification of sales opportunities and lead the EdgeVerve ROI Assessment (ERA) process.
5. Work closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.

Strategic Initiatives:

1. Become an organizational leader in terms of solution expertise, especially as it relates to customer value proposition.
2. Evangelize EdgeVerve products and solutions in relevant global forums. o Build on your Automation & AI/ML expertise.

Stakeholder Management:

1. Nurture partnerships with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Product, Infrastructure, Security, Finance, Legal, Marketing) to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

1. Prior solution expertise in design, development and delivery of solutions leveraging AI and Automation
2. Industry and solution expertise, solution expertise, supporting, enterprise software sales
3. Knowledge of respective solution markets, including competitors, solutions, pricing, etc
4. Prior experience in pre-sales with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
6. Proven presentation, communication, partnership building, coaching, mentoring, and people management skills.
7. Ability to handle ambiguity, synthesize data and trends, and possess strong client interfacing skills.
8. Experience with sales methodologies and CRM tools.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
11. Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., cloud computing, AI, machine learning) is a plus
