Overview
Leads endtoend sourcing and procurement activities for buildingmaterials and product lines, ensuring compliance with European regulations, costeffectiveness, and quality standards. Acts as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, suppliers, and European customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery for direct and indirect spend.
• Manage inward logistics – supplier consolidation, packing, labeling, and stocktaking.
• Conduct supplier search, assessment, and performance monitoring; enforce SLA adherence and metrics tracking.
• Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring compliance with European compliances and LC requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality, and engineering teams to support product development and seasonal freshproduce sourcing.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, custom reports, and KPI visualisations using dataintegration tools (e.g., Salesforce, Siebel).
• Lead crossfunctional meetings, present purchasing performance, and provide advisory input on best practices.
• Support hiring managers in talent acquisition for procurement and supplychain roles; track recruitment metrics.
• Customer relationship management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of longterm cost savings.

Required Qualifications

• 57years of proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplychain management.
• Demonstrated exposure to European markets and compliance frameworks.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of managing supplier contracts.
• Ability to generate and analyse reporting dashboards; proficient in MSExcel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering, SupplyChain Management, Business, or related field; diploma/certification in logistics is a plus.
• Experience with Ariba, CPQ tools, or other eprocurement solutions.
• Managing multidisciplinary projects.
