• Collaborate closely with restaurant, banqueting, and events teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or senior culinary leader within a luxury hotel environment.
• Arabic language proficiency
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Expertise in managing high-volume outlets, banquets, and specialty dining concepts.
• Sound understanding of kitchen financials, food cost management, and operational excellence.
• A creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation and guest satisfaction.
