Executive / Specialist - Admin, HR

• We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to manage Learning & Development initiatives along with employee engagement activities in a manufacturing environment.
• The candidate will be responsible for conducting training programs, organizing events, and creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.
• This role is pivotal in ensuring a positive first impression and smooth administrative operations, contributing significantly to the overall eciency and professionalism of the company.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Design and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs for employees
• Conduct training sessions as an in-house trainer on soft skills, behavioral skills, and professional development
• Identify training needs through assessments and performance reviews
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as happy hours, team-building events, and cultural programs
• Coordinate and manage internal and external events
• Work closely with HR and leadership to improve employee satisfaction and retention
• Manage end-to-end training cycle (need identification, content creation, delivery, feedback)
• Evaluate eectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements
• Foster a positive work culture within the manufacturing setup
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management system standards.

Qualifications : -

• Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-7 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training / Employee Engagement
• Experience in a manufacturing company is highly preferred
